Annabel Lee by Edgar Allan Poe
Annabel Lee
I've always loved this poem. One of my teachers made us memorize this. I do not remember which teacher it was or when, but I'm so glad I memorized it. I love this love he talks about in this poem. They were children and their love was so strong the Angels envied them. I want that kind of love.

That Thing We Can’t Talk About
Tuesday, February 15, 2011
So you like my package?
Maybe they just don’t care that there’s more to the package than the pretty wrapping.
Either way, they end up disrespecting the ENTIRE Total Package and miss out on a wonderful gift.
You see, I am a Total Package Woman.
You can’t just go tearing at the wrapping for the goods because there is way more to me than you see.
You cannot fathom what this package really is.
So, the next time your lustful eye covets the outside packaging, think again. You say you like it. But the reality is you don’t even know this package or what it contains.
I could be a real b*tch or I could be a real w*tch
You really don’t know because all you see is the wrapping I could be your worst nightmare or I could be your dream come true
How would you know if all you’re concerned with is the wrapping?
I could be your best friend or I could be your worst enemy
Unless you approach the package with care, you’ll NEVA know.
You see, I am the Total Package Woman.
Proceed with caution…..

To Those I love and Those Who Love Me
Thursday, March 6, 2008
I Smile
you last touched me
I Smile
When I inhale and
experience your essence, your aura
I Smile
When I close my eyes and taste
the sweet nectar that is ALL You
I Smile
When I experience your arms
around me bringing me into You
I Smile
When I remember every
experience we've shared
I Smile
When I think of You
and all that you are and represent
I Smile
When I enter into
your being and Let Go
I Smile
Me inside of You
You inside of Me
I Smile

I Stand So Tall
I stand so tall
You cannot see because your head is hung so low
I stand so tall
When you look down on me, all you can see are my shoes. You must want to walk a mile in them.
I stand so tall
That I block your light because you crouch so low
I stand so tall
I can touch the moon without reaching up or tiptoeing
I stand so tall
I can see all that is mine in the vast Universe
I stand so tall
Claiming me and mine is like picking up toys in a play room. Quick and EASY.
I stand so tall
Being Mistress of My Domain is effortless.

Short and Sweet

I feel safe in his arms
I feel safe in his presence
I feel safe within HIM
I feel loved in his arms
I feel loved in his presence
I feel loved within HIM
I feel comfort in his arms
I feel comfort in his presence
I feel comfort within HIM
When the world is cold
I find warm tenderness in his arms
I find warm consolation in his presence
There is warm tenderness and consolation within HIM

I'm Loving HIM
I'm Loving
I'm Loving So Many
Things About HIM
His Hair
His Kiss
His Smell
His Care
His Touch - HIM
I'm Loving So Many
Things Within Him
His Spirit
His Soul
His Heart
His Mind
His Personality - HIM
I'm Loving So Many
Things
That make him HIM
His Patience
His Wisdom
His Humor
His Disposition - HIM

My Life as a CoverGirl
You pushed me
You shoved me
I covered for you
Telling myself, "He's passionate about me."
You slapped me
You harassed me
I covered for you
Telling myself, "He loves me."
You lied to me
You Lied on me
I covered for you
Telling myself, "He protects me. He covers me."
You spied on me
You abused me
I covered for you
Saying, "He wants the best for me."
For 15 years
I lived a life
as your CoverGirl.
When I opened my eyes
To the truth
I had to remove the cover
No longer to live
The LIE
of your CoverGirl

2nd entry of transferring stuff from 360
July 24, 2005
You held me
You saw what I needed and you gently held me
You held my shoulders
You held my heart
You caressed it and you were gentle, kind, sweet, giving, honest, and pure with my heart
You sought that thing out just for the sole purpose of nurturing it to make it able to receive love
You saw me
I was rough and hard, yet sweet and gentle at the same time
You saw my rough edges
You saw my hard facade, yet you could also see the sweet and gentle spirit within
You saw me when I didn't want to be seen
You saw me in my fear and boldness and you saw me for me
You saw me

1st entry in Transferring stuff from 360
You kissed me
You touched me
You reached down into me and found that which was hidden
You found what I tried to hide and protect from this cruel cold world
I'm writing again like I did many years ago.
Thank you for finding what is precious to me and caressing it as if it is precious to you as well.
I hesitate to say, but you found me, my essence, my being, my heart, the me that I didn't want others to see.
You found me.....

Something To Hold On To
You gave me something to hold on to
That something is YOU
Before I was grasping for nothing
Nothing but air
But you
You gave me something to hold on to
I used to clench the sheets and squeeze the pillows
But Oh Baby!
You gave me something to hold on to
And that something was you
Reaching for air never appeased my needs
But your arms holding me ended my poverty
You gave me something to hold on to
And that something was you
Clasping the sheets left me yearning for more
But you in my arms settled the score
I needed something to hold on to
But I didn’t know that something was you

Effortlessly and Naturally

Naturally I feel safe with him
Effortlessly he tickles my fancy
Naturally I am amused by him
Effortlessly he takes me to new heights
Naturally I am pleased and appeased
Effortlessly his touch and caresses soothe me
Naturally I am at peace with him
Effortlessly he rides the waves of my crescendo
Naturally I soar alongside him
Effortlessly his arms are a safe haven and engulf all of me
Naturally I am at home
