2012 The Movie

I should have waited until the actual year 2012 to see it.  If you've seen one natural disaster movie, then you've seen 2012.  It was very unoriginal.  It didn't even have a few good one-liners.  I like coming away from a movie with a few good one liners.  I didn't get any from 2012.

The storyline was very common and predictable.  Miss Cleo could have predicted that one.  Yes, we as humans must treat all humans as if we are part of the same human family.  If you

The special effects were almost worth the THREE HOUR TOUR.  Yes, 2012 was 3 long hours long!  I think the special effects and weak story line kept me awake during the THREE HOUR TOUR.

So, we stayed up way past our bedtime last night and got up way past our rising time this morning.  It's all good because we have peace, we're happy, and we're in love.

Thanks Again

Greetings!  I am so glad we had this holiday!   I really needed it.  It was getting really bad.  My attitude was starting to bother ME.  I really needed this break!

So, now that turkey day is over and Black Friday is over, we can all rest for real.

My turkey day was okay.  William went with his dad on the eve of Thanksgiving.  Allan decided he wanted to go to his dad AFTER dinner was done.  I had to say no.  My range decided to break down right before Thanksgiving, so we bought a pre-cooked meal from Piggly Wiggly.  It was delicious.

If this writing seems ho-hum, it's because in spite of me trying to have a good attitude I am feeling somewhat ho-hum.  Honestly, it bothers me to be in the company of ungrateful, negative people.  There, I said it!

Today I am thankful for:

• Dinner from Piggly Wiggly
• my neighbor who let me use her range to warm my dinner
• peace and quiet
• love of my friends and family
• inner happiness
• mail running on Black Friday

Yes, It's Your Night!

Here I Go Again

Well, I said I would start blogging again and what better time than now.  I was in the bed minding my own business working on some sleep when Antonio called and said he KNEW I was awake.  Well, NOW I AM AWAKE.  It's cool.

Blogging again was on my mind tonight anyway.  I didn't know how I would start, what I would say, how I would say it.  So I decided to just start typing.  Type whatever comes to my mind.  Kind of like Nike. Just Do It.

It's been a long time since I've done this, so I feel really rusty.  What have I been doing?  I've been reading my mail, working, going back and forth with the wasbund regarding the children and our court stuff.  It's no news that I got engaged.  The only really big news is that a very close sister friend of mine has been diagnosed with breast cancer.  We've been crying almost everyday since we found out.  Not all day, just certain parts of the day.

I've been reading As A Man Thinketh by James Allen again.  Since my bedroom is a hot mess again, looks like my thinking has been stinking.  I'm working on that.

I really don't have much to say right now except GOOD Night and this is a start.
